Application of HumiSeal UV12
The cleanliness of the substrate is critical for the effective application of HumiSeal UV12. Surfaces must be free of moisture, dirt, wax, grease, flux residues, and any other contaminants. Encapsulants can be effectively applied to substrates that have been cleaned prior to coating, as well as to those assembled with low-residue "no clean" materials. HumiSeal® UV12 is a fast-curing, water-clear, rigid encapsulant designed for LED and other optical applications. This product requires direct exposure to UV light during the curing process.
