Application of HumiSeal® 2A10
The cleanliness of the substrate is critical for the proper application of HumiSeal 2A10. Surfaces must be free from moisture, dirt, wax, grease, flux residues, and any other contaminants. Encapsulants can be effectively applied to substrates that have been cleaned prior to coating, as well as to those assembled with low-residue "no clean" materials. Users should conduct sufficient testing to ensure compatibility between the encapsulant and their specific assembly materials, processing conditions, and cleanliness levels.
HumiSeal® 2A10 is a two-component polyurethane system that cures at room temperature, designed for use in hard coating applications. This product, with a 2:1 mixing ratio, cures within 12-24 hours to form a clear, durable polymer.
