Application of HumiSeal® 2A13

The cleanliness of the substrate is crucial for the effective application of HumiSeal 2A13. Surfaces must be free from moisture, dirt, wax, grease, flux residues, and any other contaminants. Encapsulants can be applied successfully to substrates that have been properly cleaned before coating, as well as to those assembled using low-residue "no clean" materials. Users should conduct sufficient testing to ensure compatibility between the encapsulants and their specific assembly materials, process conditions, and cleanliness standards.

HumiSeal 2A13 is a two-part polyurethane encapsulant designed to protect electrical and electronic assemblies. With its low viscosity and simple 1:1 mixing ratio, HumiSeal 2A13 is easy to use. It cures at room temperature into a low-stress encapsulant that provides protection against thermal shock and vibration.
