Application of HumiSeal 2A11
The cleanliness of the substrate is essential for the successful application of HumiSeal 2A11. Surfaces must be free from moisture, dirt, wax, grease, flux residues, and all other impurities. Encapsulants can be applied effectively to substrates that have been thoroughly cleaned before coating, as well as to substrates assembled with low-residue "no clean" materials. Users should conduct proper testing to ensure compatibility between the encapsulant and their specific assembly materials, process conditions, and cleanliness standards.
HumiSeal® 2A11 is a two-part polyurethane system that cures at room temperature, designed for use in hard coat applications. This product, with a 2:1 mixing ratio, cures within 12-24 hours to form a clear, durable polymer.
