Application of HumiSeal® 2E27

The cleanliness of the substrate is crucial for the proper application of HumiSeal 2E27. Surfaces must be free of moisture, dirt, wax, grease, flux residues, and any other contaminants. Encapsulants can be effectively applied to substrates that have been cleaned prior to coating, as well as to substrates assembled with low-residue "no clean" materials. Users should conduct thorough testing to ensure compatibility between the encapsulants and their specific assembly materials, process conditions, and cleanliness levels.

HumiSeal® 2E27 is a two-part epoxy system that cures at room temperature, specifically formulated for encapsulating small electronic components. With a 1:1 mix ratio, this product offers excellent moisture resistance and is especially suited for use in high-humidity environments.
