Application of HumiSeal® 1R32A-2/521 PB65
For successful application of HumiSeal® 1R32A-2/521 PB65, the cleanliness of the substrate is critical. Surfaces must be free moisture, dirt, wax, grease, flux residues, and all other contaminants, as contamination under the coating may lead to assembly failures.
Spraying
HumiSeal® 1R32A-2/521 PB65 can be applied using automated spraying equipment. The spraying process should be conducted in a well-ventilated environment to ensure that vapors and mist are effectively carried away the operator.
Storage
HumiSeal® 1R32A-2/521 PB65 should be stored in tightly closed containers, away extreme temperatures. It can be stored between 0°C and 35°C. Before use, allow the product to equilibrate at room temperature (18–32°C) for 24 hours.

Application of HumiSeal® Conformal Coatings should follow local and national health and safety regulations. As the solvents in HumiSeal® Conformal Coatings are flammable, the material should not be used near open flames or sparks. Ensure use in well-ventilated areas to avoid inhaling vapors or spray. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Always consult the MSDS/SDS prior to use for further safety guidelines.
