Application of HumiSeal® 1R32/521 PB65
For successful application of a conformal coating, ensuring the cleanliness of the substrate is crucial. Surfaces must be free moisture, dirt, wax, grease, flux residues, and any other contaminants. Contamination beneath the coating can cause issues that may result in assembly failures.
Spraying
HumiSeal® 1R32/521 PB65 can be applied using automated spraying equipment. It is important to perform spraying in an adequately ventilated environment to ensure that vapor and mist are effectively carried away the operator.
Storage
HumiSeal® 1R32/521 PB65 should be stored in tightly sealed containers, away extreme temperatures. It can be stored within a temperature range of 0 to 35°C. Prior to use, allow the product to equilibrate for 24 hours at room temperature (18 to 32°C).

The application of HumiSeal® Conformal Coatings must be conducted in accordance with local and national health and safety regulations. As the solvents in HumiSeal® Conformal Coatings are flammable, the material should not be used near open flames or sparks. Ensure the application is carried out in well-ventilated areas to avoid inhaling vapors or spray. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Always consult the MSDS/SDS before use for more detailed safety instructions.
