HumiSeal® Stripper 1091 offers the following features:

Directions for Use of HumiSeal® Stripper 1091

To remove the coating, submerge the component or printed circuit board assembly in HumiSeal® Stripper 1091. The dissolution rate will vary based on the thickness and age of the coating. Heating the stripper (up to a maximum of 52°C) can significantly enhance its performance. Note that some silicone coatings may require 2 to 12 hours to dissolve completely.

Once the coating has been successfully removed, rinse the assembly thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol, followed by a rinse in deionized water or another suitable cleaning method. Ensure the assembly is fully dry before applying a new coating.

Handling Precautions

Due to its flammable nature, HumiSeal® Stripper 1080A requires the following safety measures:

• Operate only in well-ventilated environments.

• Wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves and goggles.

• In the event of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

• For eye contact, flush immediately with water, follow with a diluted boric acid solution, and consult a physician.

• Minimize exposure to vapors by avoiding prolonged inhalation.
