HumiSeal Stripper 1063 offers the following features:

• Designed for stripping the 1A27 and 1A33 urethane families.

• Compliant with the RoHS Directive 2015/863/EU.

• Safe for use on printed circuit board assemblies.

• HumiSeal® Stripper 1063 contains flammable ingredients and should be handled with care.

Directions for Use of HumiSeal Stripper 1063

To remove the coating, begin by immersing the assembly in HumiSeal® Stripper 1063. Allow it to soak for 30–60 minutes. Gently brush away any loosened material the assembly. Follow this by cleaning the assembly with isopropyl alcohol (IPA), deionized (DI) water, or another suitable cleaning solution.

Inspect the assembly carefully to confirm that the coating has been completely removed. If any coating remains, repeat the steps as needed. Once the coating is fully removed, bake the assembly for a minimum of 30 minutes at 60–65°C to complete the process.

For safe use of HumiSeal® products, observe the following handling precautions:

• Use only in well-ventilated areas.

• Always wear protective gloves and goggles.

• In case of prolonged skin contact, wash thoroughly with water.

• If the product comes contact with the eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

• Avoid prolonged inhalation of vapors.
