Application of HumiSeal®2E26

For successful application of HumiSeal® 2E26, it is essential that the substrate is thoroughly cleaned. Surfaces should be free moisture, dirt, wax, grease, flux residues, and any other contaminants. Adhesives can be effectively applied to substrates that have been cleaned before coating, as well as to those assembled with low residue “no clean” materials. It is recommended that users conduct proper testing to confirm compatibility between the adhesive and the assembly materials, process conditions, and cleanliness level.

HumiSeal® 2E26 is a two-part epoxy system formulated for use as a room temperature curing adhesive. With a two-to-one mix ratio, this product offers excellent moisture resistance, making it ideal for high humidity environments. Bond lines created with 2E26 demonstrate enhanced resistance to physical shock, water, and various chemicals.
