Krytox GPL 222 grease has a base oil viscosity of 15 centistokes at 40°C, suitable for applications up to 132°C (270°F).
With the lower molecular weight of the PFPE base oil, Krytox GPL222 provides better performance at low temperatures, suitable for applications requiring this feature.
Krytox GPL222 greases have excellent high temperature stability due to their fully fluorinated properties, which helps to reduce maintenance costs and labor due to their extended regeneration cycles. In particular, the oil film stability reduces wear and saves maintenance costs. Under high loads, the grease viscosity increases, providing optimal support and effective pressure absorption.
