Galden® SV PFPE Solvents are a range of fully fluorinated, CFC-free cleaning fluids specifically designed to deliver safe, effective, and environmentally responsible cleaning performance in electronic and semiconductor applications. Galden® SV fluids feature zero ozone depletion potential (Zero ODP), as they are free chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and do not contain chlorine, bromine, or iodine. They require no special safety precautions or usage restrictions and are fully compatible with all metals, as well as a wide range of rubbers, elastomers, and commonly used plastics.

Galden® SV fluids are specifically formulated to be compatible and fully miscible with PFPE oils and greases. They also exhibit full miscibility with perfluorocarbon (PFC) fluids and with chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE) oils at temperatures above 45 °C.
