- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as indicated on a valid purchase invoice.
Warranty Conditions
- The product must be within the warranty period.
- The issue must be a technical defect or a manufacturing fault.
- Customers must provide all required documentation, including a valid purchase invoice and warranty card (if applicable).
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
- Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
