G. BESLUX KBL grease is a semi-fluid grease containing MoS2, designed to effectively lubricate and protect steel wire ropes. With the optimal viscosity, the grease penetrates the core of the cable, preventing corrosion and rust. The lubricating film adheres well, does not drip, reduces wear, and limits dirt adhesion, making it easier to inspect the quality of the cable surface.

Applications of G. BESLUX KBL
G. BESLUX KBL is a grease specifically designed for steel wire ropes (woven or metal-cored), providing excellent anti-wear and anti-rust properties.
How to use:
- Apply directly to clean steel wire ropes. Before the first lubrication, ensure the wire ropes are as clean as possible. Any residues or other products may reduce adhesion and penetration. The best results are achieved when applied to new wire ropes.
Coverage:
- When applied correctly, 1 kg of grease covers approximately 40 meters of 25mm steel wire rope during the first lubrication on new wire ropes. For subsequent lubrication, coverage increases to approximately 55 meters per kg.
Safety precautions:
- Follow common safety precautions when handling and using lubricants.
- Avoid over-lubrication.
- Keep the cap tightly closed to prevent contamination.
- Do not mix with greases of different properties.
